About Nest Wills

I set up Nest Wills to provide straightforward estate planning advice with as much personal service as possible. I like getting to know people and finding out about their lives so I can really offer the best solutions for what they are trying to achieve.

I work directly with individuals, couples and families who want clear guidance and properly prepared Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. I am sole trader so you only ever deal with me from start to finish, from soupt to nuts.

I have 30 years experience in international business, a French degree and a Masters of Business Administration. But I wanted to do something that wasn’t just about the bottom line but more about ensuring people can arrange their affairs without spending a fortune on it.

What I noticed is that not only do many people not have a Will in place, but also many people know they should get it done but keep putting it off for years.

And it is usually not because they do not care about it, but because the process feels confusing, overly legal or difficult to know where to start or who to trust.

My job is to make things clearer and more manageable, whether you need a straightforward Will or more detailed family protection planning.

Most of the people I help:

• own a home

• have children or wider family to think about

• want things organised properly

• value clear explanations

I am a Member of the Society of Will Writers and carry full professional indemnity insurance.

Nest Wills is based in Oundle and works with clients across Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. I cover the rest of the England and the UK (Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) remotely. If I can come and visit you in person I will try!
