Hi there, my name is James Samson and I established Nest Wills to provide a more personal and carefully structured approach to will writing and estate planning.

Based in Oundle, Northamptonshire, I work with individuals and families locally and across the UK to put clear legal protections in place - calmly and properly.

Estate planning is rarely just about documents. It involves understanding family structures, assets and long-term intentions before any drafting begins.

I take the time to gather the right information, explain the options clearly, and recommend what is appropriate - nothing more.

All work is undertaken on a fixed-fee basis and in accordance with professional standards.

I am a member of The Society of Will Writers and bound by its Code of Practice. Nest Wills is fully insured with professional indemnity cover up to £2m.

I founded Nest Wills after many years working at senior level in international business, bringing a structured and considered approach to professional service. I value clarity, discretion and careful drafting - particularly where family circumstances are more complex.
