What to Expect
Take your time
The Planner takes approximately 45 minutes to complete, but there's no need to finish it in one sitting. Your answers are saved as you go, so you can return whenever it suits you.
There are no right or wrong answers
If you're unsure about something, simply answer as best you can or leave it for us to discuss together. I'll guide you through anything that needs clarification.
Your information is confidential
Everything you share is treated confidentially and used to understand your circumstances and prepare your estate-planning documents. You can read more in my Privacy Notice.
Before you begin
You don't need to prepare anything formally before starting. It simply helps to have a rough idea of:
Your family – names and dates of birth of your immediate family members.
Your assets – an approximate picture of your property, savings, pensions and other possessions.
Existing arrangements – details of any Wills, Powers of Attorney or Trusts already in place.
Your wishes – who you'd like to benefit from your estate and who you might appoint to carry out your instructions.
Don't worry if you don't have all this information to hand. Complete what you can, and we can fill in any gaps together.
