Simple Wills – Straightforward instructions, such as leaving your estate to a spouse, partner, children or other named beneficiaries, with no trusts or unusual provisions.
Standard Wills – For more detailed wishes, such as several beneficiaries, specific gifts, alternative beneficiaries or more involved family arrangements.
Complex or Bespoke Wills – For circumstances requiring substantial individual drafting, complicated family arrangements or more detailed inheritance provisions. Wills incorporating trusts are priced separately.
All prices include an initial consultation, preparation of your Will, amendments within the agreed instructions and guidance on signing it correctly.
Wills incorporating Trusts - Some circumstances call for more than a straightforward Will. A Trust within your Will can help protect your share of the family home, provide for a vulnerable beneficiary, or give trustees flexibility in managing an inheritance.
The fee depends on the type of Trust, the complexity of your instructions and the drafting required. I'll explain the options and agree a fixed price before work begins.

Lasting Powers of Attorney allow you to appoint people you trust to make decisions on your behalf, should you need their help.
There are two types: Property and Financial Affairs, and Health and Welfare.
My fees include an initial consultation, guidance on choosing your attorneys, preparation of the documents and assistance with the registration process.
Please note: Office of the Public Guardian registration fees are payable separately. LPAs apply in England and Wales; arrangements in Scotland and Northern Ireland are governed by different legislation and may require separate advice and pricing.
