Making plans for the future is one of the most important things you can do for the people you love. Before I make any recommendations, I like to build a full picture of your family, your circumstances and your wishes - because good advice can only come from good understanding.
That's what this Planner is for. It's a chance to reflect on what matters most to you, and it gives us a thoughtful, unhurried starting point for our conversation.

What to Expect
It takes about 45 minutes and you can complete it in more than one sitting.
There is no need to complete it all in one go - your answers are saved as you go - if you return on the same device and browser, you can pick up where you left off.
There are no right or wrong answers.
If you're unsure about anything, or would prefer to leave a question and talk it through with me, that's absolutely fine. A little extra detail simply helps me tailor my advice to you.
Everything is treated in the strictest confidence.
Your information is used only to advise you and prepare your documents. You can read exactly how your information is handled in my Privacy Notice.
Before you begin
You don't need to prepare anything formal - approximate details are perfectly fine - but it can help to have a rough idea of the following to hand:
The names and dates of birth of your immediate family
An approximate sense of what you own - your home, savings, pensions, and any other assets
Details of any existing Will, Lasting Powers of Attorney or trusts
Any thoughts you already have about who you'd like to benefit, and who you might appoint to carry out your wishes
If you don't have all of this to hand, don't worry - simply complete what you can, and we can fill in any gaps together.
